Changed lang file to lowercase

changed "this" parsing to fully object parsing in Methods

Screwed around more with Configs.

Changed Blocks to use localized Names instead of Unlocalized ones.

Refactored Configs so they work with an Enum of all types

Sorta Dynamic configs work now.
